Refunds and Returns

Effective July 1, 2009 GM has handed down some new rules in regards to returns. In dealing with their bankruptcy proceedings they are currently not allowing cancellations and/or returns for any part. As such, all sales are final from the time the order is placed. Any order taking longer than 30 days will be cancelled.
This will certainly have broad repercussions in the aftermarket and replacement community and we do not expect it to last very long, but we must pass this ruling along.
